- Payments are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy.
- Access to the platform continues until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
2. Free Trials & Evaluation Period

- We strongly encourage users to fully evaluate the platform during the trial period.
- Once a paid subscription begins, it is considered acceptance of the platform “as-is.”
3. Eligibility for Refunds

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:
